As a Commercialization Manager, you will spearhead the comprehensive project management of new food product launches, overseeing the entire process from initial kickoff to final rollout. You will lead cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration, managing timelines, and ensuring adherence to project requirements, costs, and objectives. Your responsibilities encompass developing project plans, monitoring progress, communicating with stakeholders, and demonstrating thought leadership to drive successful commercialization efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a project Business Brief from kickoff to final sign off.
  • Manage Communications between all stakeholders.
  • Monitor, maintain, and report on costs and project progress.
  • Lead Project teams, providing motivation, focus and guidance as necessary.
  • Maintain communication between business leads, internal sponsors, management and clients.
  • Develop, manage and execute the project plan.
  • Manage the studio art development thru release.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and management in the execution of new foods.
  • Develops and manages project specific timelines to meet or exceed project objectives.
  • Leads a cross-functional business team to commercialize food items as they move through the commercialization process.
  • Communicate and develop project requirements in partnerships with internal and external teams.
  • Will simultaneously manage multiple projects in a highly matrix organization.
  • Prepare and ensure the accuracy of status reports, risk assessments, change and resource requests.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience inproject management.
  • Demonstrated success using analytical skills, as well as written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Financial acumen and problem solving skills with the ability to collaborate and work effectively across multiple functions and personalities.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office and SAP

Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000

The final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to location, shift, education, skill, and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed In this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
