We have an exciting opportunity to join our talented Human Resources Department, Enterprise Talent Development as a Senior Manager, Organization Desing and Development. This individual will be responsible for continuing to build and enhance organization design methodology and tools, leading work in the areas of organization design and related change management, workforce design, culture integration, building out and implementing a systemwide talent management strategy, partnering to create related development plans and programs and leading other strategic initiatives within ELTD.
This individual will partner closely with our ELTD leaders and team members, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Workforce Transformation Leaders, Diversity Leaders, and Culture and Communications leaders to perform this work. This work will require significant expertise in change management and the ability to influence without authority and hold crucial conversations.
As a successful candidate, you will:
Specific essential functions include end-to-end leadership of functional organization designs; client engagement management; planning, development, and implementation of core practice strategies, coaching and consultation with department leaders and managers, core practice facilitation, and evaluation of interventions.
