We have an exciting opportunity to join our talented Human Resources Department, Enterprise Talent Development as a Senior Manager, Organization Desing and Development. This individual will be responsible for continuing to build and enhance organization design methodology and tools, leading work in the areas of organization design and related change management, workforce design, culture integration, building out and implementing a systemwide talent management strategy, partnering to create related development plans and programs and leading other strategic initiatives within ELTD.

This individual will partner closely with our ELTD leaders and team members, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Workforce Transformation Leaders, Diversity Leaders, and Culture and Communications leaders to perform this work. This work will require significant expertise in change management and the ability to influence without authority and hold crucial conversations.

As a successful candidate, you will:

Specific essential functions include end-to-end leadership of functional organization designs; client engagement management; planning, development, and implementation of core practice strategies, coaching and consultation with department leaders and managers, core practice facilitation, and evaluation of interventions.

  • Organization Design
    • Independently lead major entity/function-level organization designs to include current state discovery, developing organization purpose, capability maps and organization structures; partners with HRBPs in related job architecture, talent mapping, change management and communication activities; team launch and foundation-building; creates and manages related project plans.
  • Talent Management
    • Develop the strategy for and lead the implementation of a systemwide talent management strategy including how we identify, assess, develop, and mobilize high potential talent; manage talent review process implementation; assist with related leadership development processes / programs.
  • Workforce Design & Development
    • Partner to design the strategy for and lead the implementation of a process to identify future state roles we will need to realize the COH vision and mission and partner to develop related strategies to get roles in place.
  • Career Pathway Development
    • Partner to design the strategy for and lead the implementation of a strategy for defining career pathways and related development journey maps.

Qualifications

Your qualifications should include:

  • Bachelor's degree with emphasis in organizational development, behavioral sciences, human resources, business management or related discipline and seven (7) years of related experience

  • Master's degree and five (5) years of related experience

Preferred:

  • MA/MBA/MS preferred in Industrial Psychology, Organizational Behavior/Psychology, Organizational Development
  • Strongly preferred but relevant work experience and knowledge may substitute for degree(s).
  • Change Management, Project Management, Coaching, Organizational Design, Competency Development.
  • Demonstrated experience in large scale project management (e.g. change management efforts, cultural assimilation of employees and leaders, employee engagement surveys) a must.
