Supply Chain Risk Management Specialist

Key Role:

Provide support to the Security Division to safeguard information, people, and facilities by applying a multi-tiered approach to assess supply chain risks, apply mitigation measures for high-impact systems, and apply the protection and controls needed to mitigate threats to the supply chain. Collect, analyze, and interpret open source intelligence (OSINT) data and fuse OSINT with classified intelligence to develop rigorously objective in-house evaluations of the foreign intelligence threat, including potential foreign influence and compromise to the supply chain. Review all-source intelligence and industry data to understand and analyze technical and non-technical vulnerabilities to Information Technology (IT) posed by foreign intelligence organizations to provide impact and vulnerability assessments, recommendations, and countermeasures to threats. Identify potential foreign influence and compromise and produce acquisition threat triage reports based on the potential threat. Make recommendations to clients on SCRM process changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness to enhance SCRM support.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experiencein intelligence, counter-intelligence, or research support

  • Knowledge of supply chain risks and methodology to mitigate risks

  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources to produce easily understood reports and guidance

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint

  • Experience with open-source intelligence collection and interpretation

  • Knowledge of supply chain risks and methods to mitigate those risks and vulnerabilities

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Operations Management

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
