What We DoWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team to lead security & governance strategy in a multi-org environment. You will ensure that solutions deployed have technical integrity, stability, and are scalable to a growing operation while strengthening the robustness of our security model across a federation of multi-org enterprise setup. You will collaborate with product managers, UX designers, developers, and other stakeholders on a regular basis to create and maintain our best-of-breed technology solutions. As a curious, proactive, self-motivated contributor, you will ensure that solutions deployed adhere to cutting edge security architecture.

Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing secure, scalable, and robust solutions that meet the business requirements and align with the enterprise security standards and best practices.
  • Negotiate technical solutions and design tradeoffs persuasively to business stakeholders.
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance to the development team and ensuring adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and quality assurance processes.
  • Conducting code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting issues across multiple environments and orgs.
  • Evaluating and recommending new technologies, tools, and frameworks that can enhance the security, performance, and functionality of the Salesforce platform.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation of the system architecture, design, and configuration.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
  • Leading and facilitating workshops, training sessions, and knowledge sharing activities to promote best practices and security awareness among the Salesforce users and developers.
  • Staying updated on the latest trends, developments, and innovations in the Salesforce ecosystem and security domain.
  • Leading and growing teams of Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Platform, and Integrations experts.
  • Presenting & communicating proposals & enterprise-wide solutions to a wide audience.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent major.
  • 5+ years technical 'in-depth' experience implementing Salesforce solution with focus on security architecture.
  • Experience with implementing security tools (Shield, Security Center)
  • Hands-on experience building secure applications tapping full suite of Salesforce ecosystem: Apex code, Lightning Web Components, Force.com declarative configuration and API development.
  • Familiarity with user interface development principles and experience with JavaScript, SQL, HTML and CSS.
  • Salesforce System & Application Architecture Certifications.

Pay Range: $94,798 - $183,480 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
