Demonstrated knowledge of Organizational Change Management /Communications strategies and best practices; ability to manage and develop written communications material for print and electronic, design project plans, support for OCM /Communications activities. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meeting established timelines and tracking budgets as well as strong written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills, ability to work with all levels of management. Education Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree

Required Skills/Attributes:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience as an Agile coach at Fortune 500 company(s)
• Minimum 3-5 years as Project Manager in a waterfall environment at Fortune 500 company(s)
• Agile at Scale Cert (SAFe, LeSS, or equivalent)
• Certified Agile Trainer by accredited organization (Scrum Alliance or equivalent)
• Listening skills

Salary range for this position is $80,000 to $105,000. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
