We are seeking a motivated and experienced Franchise Development Manager to support the Non-Traditional Department. The Franchise Manager will work closely to support both internal and external projects, managing the franchisees/licensees new store opening process in accordance with brand standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in franchise development, project management, and customer service, as well as a passion for driving growth and success in the franchise system.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Executive Director of Non-Traditional as well as internal stakeholders, including real estate, legal, marketing, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and successful execution of non-traditional development projects.
  • Manage/Oversee the end-to-end development process for non-traditional restaurant locations, from onboarding to design, construction, and grand opening.
  • Collaborate with franchisees to develop detailed opening plans for new store locations, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate with corporate teams, including operations, marketing, training, and supply chain, to ensure that new stores are aligned with brand standards and operational requirements.
  • Track and report key performance metrics related to non-traditional development projects, including site selection, negotiation outcomes, lease terms, and project timelines.
  • Collaborate with franchise support teams to identify and implement process improvements, training enhancements, and operational best practices to drive success in new store openings.
  • Serve as a liaison between franchisees, corporate teams, and external partners to facilitate communication, resolve conflicts, and ensure a seamless opening experience for all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise development, project management, or non-traditional development roles.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills.
  • Proven history of successful project management and execution.
  • Ability to travel as needed to visit potential non-trad openings and or trade shows
  • Base Salary $110k+
