Position Summary:
The Client Arrangements Specialist supports the Client Arrangements department through data entry in the implementation of client fee arrangements and requirements as requested by Client Accounting, Legal Assistants and Client Arrangements Analysts. This position partners closely with the Client Arrangements Supervisor and Analyst to interpret and improve the client arrangements cycle. The Client Arrangements Specialist works under direct supervision and relies on instructions and guidelines to perform the essential functions of the job.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Assist with data entry by executing rate setup change requests as directed by leadership
- Initiate the assignment of change requests to the appropriate Analyst based on Practice Group
- Input data entry support of new and to be updated Non-Standard Arrangements in the Client Arrangements Non-Standard Arrangements Repository
- Manage the Client Arrangements Group Inbox by identifying and triaging time sensitive and or urgent inquiries
- Respond in a timely to inquiries regarding client arrangement terms
- Support requests for time, billing, and disbursement rules setup


Job Specifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Prior experience with electronic billing systems, Aderant Expert and Rate Hierarchy a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong client service, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities.
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
- Ability to work in a team environment and share knowledge

Expected Pay Range in Orange County $61,600 - $82,100
Expected Pay Range in Los Angeles $64,600 - $86,000
Expected Pay Range in San Francisco, Silicon Valley and New York $67,500 - $89,900

Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWE provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work. Full time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
