Job Description

Position Summary: Coordinator, Merchandising Support

Reporting to the Manager, Vendor Partnerships, the Coordinator will be a key member of the Merchandising Support organization. This person will perform duties to support both teams by performing administrative tasks that include data entry, updating and distributing reports, updating and creating documentation, data gathering, and performing organizational tasks to communicate key dates. The coordinator will collaborate with a variety of Merchandising, Marketing, and Inventory team members to communicate deadlines, track deliverables, confirm execution of marketing tactics, collect and document proof of performance, and maintain calendar due dates. This is an entry level role that will assist in learning the fundamentals of retail with focus in the learning the basics of Inventory Management, Inventory Operations, and Vendor Marketing Partnerships.

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:

  • Input, maintain, and track the completion of tactics in Adobe Workfront
  • Monitor the completion of marketing proofs for completeness and accuracy
  • Update and create reports in Excel and perform basic analysis
  • Issue escalation and remediation in related systems
  • Written e-mail communication with cross-functional teams
  • Track and report on campaign KPIs/Metrics
  • Updating contact information, master data, e-mail groups
  • Proofing, collating, and distributing printed reports
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure deadlines are met for all deliverables assigned
  • Data entry and processing of tickets via ServiceNow, Jira, Workfront, Quickbase, etc.
  • Additional duties as assigned

To join our band, you'll need the following experience:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, preferably in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or Business.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience (in addition to degree or years of previous experience).
  • Strong communication and MS Office Suite skills are required.
  • Organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task are a must-have.
  • Track record of being a team player and displaying initiative.
  • Familiarity with Workfront and Quickbase are preferred.

Pay Rate: $26.30- $31.80 / hourly depending on background and experience.
