Position Summary: Display Specialist

The purpose of this job is to lead visual presentations and core standards for GC brands, product vendor displays, and CAPEX displays. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Display and Capital Projects, and will support the design, production, and communication of visual projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:

  • Manage timelines for visual projects, including Grand Openings, to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Work cross-functionally to support key brand launches and initiatives to include merchandising, fixture, and display design
  • Maintain and develop viable working relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Review and provide feedback on creative proofs to ensure accuracy and quality control
  • Maintain communication to stores including the delivery of visual communications and directions, issue management and resolution, and creation and follow-up on surveys.
  • Review, approve, and process POs on a regular basis
  • Additional duties as assigned.

To join our band, you'll need the following experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required or 4 years of relevant work experience
  • 2 years of relevant work experience (in addition to degree or years of previous experience) with an understanding of project management in a retail
  • Intermediate Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of or Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

Pay Rate: $50,600 - $68,000/yr depending on background and experience.
