We're looking for an amazing Treasury Analyst which will be based in our Santa Clarita, CA office. This is a hybrid, in-office role. You'll work in person (in office) Tuesday - Thursday each week. This position is part of a small, shared service treasury operations team which supports critical cash management functions, bank account administration, SOX and internal controls, and letters of credit/bank guarantees. This position works closely with banks/trading partners on a day-to-day basis, and supports internal business partners including accounts payable, cash operations, payroll, and tax.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare Treasury wire payments in bank online portals for multiple currencies and countries; collate applicable supporting documentation for wire approval.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze cashflow forecasts to assist with liquidity management decisions.
  • Perform FX trades to sell/buy currencies as needed.
  • Complete Treasury month end close activities, including bank statement download, cash balance reporting, bank fee analysis, and supporting accounting teams with wire journal entries.
  • Coordinate bank account administration, including opening and closing accounts, signer updates, and compliance reporting.
  • Track and maintain Letters of Credit including monitoring of expiration dates, coordinating renewals, maintaining documentation.
  • Manage banking service requests including direct debit authorizations, account verifications, bank reference letters.
  • Assist with preparation and review of bank signatory reports for finance management and FBAR reporting.
  • Act as back up support for ordering of physical cash deliveries to ships in the Princess Cruises, Holland America, Seabourn, and P&O Australia fleets.
  • Coordinate obtaining wet-ink signatures of executives on applicable documentation and mailing to banks.
  • Complete ad-hoc treasury project tasks as assigned by team leadership.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration.
  • Minimum 3+ years of finance experience in treasury, preferably with corporate experience
  • Written and telephone communication with banks.
  • Preferred working with teams based in different regions and countries.
  • Wire creation and reporting in online banking portals ( BofA CashPro, JPMC Access, HSBCNet, ANZ Transactive)
  • Trading platforms (FXAll and ICD)
  • Intermediate excel skills.
  • Preferred Office 365 experience
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Base Salary Range: $70,800.00 to $89,200.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
