The UCLA Blood and Platelet Center, located at Ackerman, is currently seeking a motivated student worker to assist in recruiting blood donors across the campus. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a vital cause while gaining valuable experience in public engagement and community outreach. Duties include:
*Participate in classroom presentations to promote and encourage blood donation.
*Collaborate with our Campus Recruiter to enhance our social media content and outreach efforts.
*Assist in organizing and executing club and department drives, including creating promotional materials and delivering presentations.
*Support telerecruitment efforts and administer survey responses as needed.
Note: This position is open exclusively to current UCLA students.
Salary Range: $16.50/hour - $27.00/hour
*Must be a current UCLA student.
*Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
*Strong attention to detail.
