US Remote position. Must reside in the USA without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Process Engineer:

The Process Engineer position will help optimize our business and technology processes. In this position, you will,

  • Manage and create new processes, improve existing ones, and implement new technologies to support the various departments across the entire company.
  • Focus on solving problems and to move projects forward while overcoming obstacles.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and manage project teams to achieve required goals
  • Troubleshoots problems with operations and takes corrective action.
  • Act as the primary contact between the stakeholders, Product and IT development teams.

What you will do:

    • Examine existing processes and suggest improvements
    • Investigate and troubleshoot any problems that arise with processes, procedures, and operations
      • Research, design, and develop processes to optimize productivity and workflow
      • Manage business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders and provide support to various teams to improve their business processes
      • Create and develop new procedures and processes
      • Oversee implementation of new processes and procedures
      • Collect data for analysis to uncover areas for improvements and innovation
      • Analyze, evaluate, and test new and existing processes
      • Maintain and update all process-related documents, resources, procedures, and policies as needed
      • Manage project roadmaps of ongoing Process Improvement and IT development projects.
      • Present progress and status updates, integrating feedback from key stakeholders as needed
      • Build and maintain reports and dashboards.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree from an ABET-accredited university in engineering or related sub-field such as Industrial engineering, Electrical engineering, Logistics Engineering etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently and with a team
  • Proficiency with computer and information technology
  • Specialized industry-specific training strongly preferred

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Microsoft Office Products
  • MS SQL
  • PowerBI or other Business Intelligence (BI) tools
  • Familiarity with Agile SDLC is a plus

Salary: $90,000-$98,000/ yr
