Job Summary

The Accounts Receivable Supervisor is responsible for running the daily invoicing process. Supervises and ensures cash receipts are applied correctly, accurately, and timely upon receipt. Assisting with reviews of credits or debit adjustments requested from Customer Service and the Accounts Receivable Team. The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will assist escalations arising from day-to-day collection. The Account Receivable Supervisor will assist with month-end closing and any ad hoc projects the Accounts Receivable Manager requires.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Running daily billing through ERP system
  • Supervises & ensures cash receipts are applied correctly, accurately, and timely upon receipt.
  • Review and prepare debit/credit requests from Customer Service and the Accounts Receivable Team
  • Assist with the creation of workflow documentation and standard operation procedures for the AR Team
  • Assist with collection escalation to resolve issues that may arise
  • Assist the Cash Application team with escalation to resolve issues that may arise
  • Assist with credit review to determine line of credit for new and existing customers
  • Work with the company's auditors during annual audits and quarterly reviews, providing copies of invoices or other documents as requested;
  • Utilize the company's ERP/Accounting System software;
  • Assist with the implementation of AR, credit, and collection policies & procedures;
  • Perform other duties or special projects as requested.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Supervisory role or related experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Oracle EBS or similar ERP system (preferred)
  • Ability to effectively interface and communicate with internal customers, including sales and customer service, as well as other departments and Masimo management;
  • Must be a self-starter, a "hands-on" individual who enjoys a challenge and is dedicated to getting the job done with minimal support and direction;
  • Experience in working in both large structured and small entrepreneurial organizations; Sensitive to the constraints of a small-to-mid-size, high growth operation and capable of working effectively in such an environment; Must have flexibility in reacting to new situations and adaptability for working in a new environment;
  • Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Education: A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred.

Compensation: The anticipated range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Some local travel is necessary, so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver's license is required.
