Responsibilities

Supervises Rehab Services daily activities. Coordinates and supervises staff and clinical affiliates, treatments and activity schedule.

  • Assists in planning and establishing policies and procedures and development of new programs.
  • Trains and monitors competency of new and current personnel.
  • Assists in staff performance evaluations.
  • Direct patient care including evaluation and treatment as dictated by census with a negative variance.
  • Assists Director in management of department and assumes any delegated assignments.
Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

  1. Graduate from an approved school of physical therapy with a BA or BS degree.
  2. Three years experience as a practicing physical therapist.
  3. Licensed by the Physical Therapy Board of state.
  4. BCLS for healthcare provider's certification upon hire and maintain current.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $44.00 to $57.20. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
