The Equipment Support Representative is responsible for being a part of a solid and innovative team that supports the vision, mission, and goals of our client by providing information on a broad range of products and services to customers via inbound and outbound telephone contact, e-mail, and customer designed communication software. This position also assists customers with both operational, equipment, and service-related inquiries.

Location -Southern California

SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist customers with problem resolution on a variety of products and warranty related services, as well as identifying and helping to correct customer account problems

Process orders and provides product and service information to customers over the phone, e-mail, or through customer designed software

Identify and finalize completion of orders through invoicing

Contribute to department goals by handling appropriate call volumes and assisting the department in meeting overall goals and budgets

Achieve acceptable call observation results

Assist the department by completing projects and reports related to the department

Attend and lead meetings in their respective region for their customers a few times per year

Interact with multiple teams to help achieve corporate objectives

Provide back-up for other staff as necessary

Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Ability to train and mentor new team members for Equipment Support as well as entire Chick-fil-A team

Help resolve operational problems and work to identify process improvements

Lead by example and follow all policies, procedures, and processes

Assist with both team improvement and manufacturer equipment training

Assist with keeping daily informational documents up to date

Assist our ESRs and CSRs with basic problem resolution

Ability to lead and complete special projects

SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Possess outstanding written, verbal, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

Ability to multi-task and pay attention to multiple details and directives at a time

Ability to work independently as well as thrive in a team-oriented environment

Ability to maintain, develop, and facilitate relationships with customers

Must be motivated to attain maximum productivity in a positive working environment

Must be able to complete work with accuracy and efficiency

Must be able to work with little supervision and train new hires on processes

Ability to travel

College degree is preferred or combination of work experience and certification, high school diploma or equivalent

3+ years' experience in a project-based work environment and/or customer service field

Phone customer service experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Abode Programs like Illustrator and Photoshop

Salary range $60,000-90,000 annually based on experience.
