Job Description

The Sr. Manager of Brand Planning & Operations is responsible for leading the facilitation and development of the annual brand marketing business planning process as well as the mid to long term strategic plan. The Sr. Manager will be a critical driver in helping to increase household penetration, drive volume and expand market share of Red Bull products. The Sr. Manager will also be responsible for the development of strategic recommendations to support the Brand Leadership team's decision making across brand departments.

EXPERIENCEYour areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • 6+ years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry with a focus on Brand Management/Marketing
  • Experience in Business/Management Consulting and/or CPG products is a plus
  • Customer service aptitude with a highly collaborative approach and an ability to work with all levels of the organization, from Field Level to Executive Management
  • Track record of robust analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to interpret sales data, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations
  • Highly organized self-starter with the ability to multitask and nail deadlines
  • Explain technical information in a simple way that establishes rapport persuades others, and gains understanding
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
