Job Description

We are looking for a Program Analyst with a TS/SCI with demonstrated experience in cutting edge technology, engineering, analysis of alternatives, capability management and demonstration (including technology transfer), technical demonstrations and evaluations, and requirements analysis to work on-site at the Pentagon! This position is supporting OUSD (R&E).

As a Program Analyst, you will:

  • Work to evaluate and secure cutting-edge technology essential to the modernization of national strategy in defense.

A week in the life of a Program Analyst:

  • Assist, prepare and conduct meetings for Directed Energy Principal Directors Office.
  • Review requirements for the application of current and emerging Directed Energy technologies as they apply across the DoD.
  • Coordinate activity support for development of Directed Energy roadmaps, coordinate roadmaps with key stakeholders.
  • Assist and prepare presentations and reports to DoD leadership and outside DoD.
  • Analyze the Directed Energy budget.
  • Provide programmatic expertise to the Government on Directed Energy topics.
  • Make recommendations to the development of Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) pertinent to mission needs and technical capabilities.
  • Document OUSD R&E Principal Director for Directed Energy participation in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and at Government-approved conferences and forums in addition to specific USD R&E projects.

Job Requirements
  • Active DoD TS clearance with SCI eligibility within the last 24 months
  • Master's Degree in a relevant Science, Technology, Engineering or Math discipline.
  • 7-10 years' experience in Directed Energy

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
