The Sales Territory Manager is part of the winning sales team that is educating healthcare professionals on our life-saving devices. This person is responsible owning the relationships within the territory to grow the business. Our sales team is strives to achieve sales and profit goals within a territory while implementing short and long-term sales strategies. Responsibilities:
  • Increase sales and market-share in Southern and Central California territory as the Territory Manager.
  • Focus on selling solutions to fit customers' unique needs; flexibly to adapt sales strategies to match individual sales cycle, chain of command, decision-making process, and need for relationship-building.
  • Develop innovative business proposals based upon customer's needs and goals analysis.
  • Spearhead the development of the corporate outpatient clinics' strategy.
  • Review preferred pricing contracts with other manufacturers for clinic customers.
  • Install new equipment and educate end-users in all aspects of the functioning, cleaning and handling of endoscopes.
  • Coordinate equipment and personnel for DDW yearly sales conference.
  • Assist other sales representatives with product demos on a regular basis and serve as a resource for them whenever possible.
  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner;
  • Pursue training and development opportunities;
  • Respond promptly to customer needs; Solicit customer feedback to improve service; Respond to requests for service and assistance; Meet commitments.
  • Present information to potential clients
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Comfortable selling in a clinical environment
  • Knowledge of the medical device industry and familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Effective and clear communication skills
  • Proven success in managing a sales territory and selling to all levels of an organization
  • Around 80% travel
