Title: Sales Representative - Specialty Motorcycle Parts
Location: Chino, CA (Onsite)
FLSA: Non-Exempt, Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (with 30 min unpaid lunch break)


OVERVIEW:
A renowned global trading and manufacturing company specializing in high-performance racing motorcycle parts is looking for a Sales Representative. With a strong presence in the industry, the company is expanding their business and looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative to join their team. This is a new role within the organization and will play a pivotal role in the growth.
As a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of the business operations, responsible for various sales and marketing activities related to imported motorcycle parts trading business. You will collaborate with teams in Japan, manage inventory, generate sales leads in the North America market, and contribute to the company's marketing efforts.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT ARE LIMITED TO:
* Source and import high-quality racing motorcycle parts from international manufacturers and suppliers mainly from Japan.
* Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring optimal stock levels.
* Identify and pursue sales opportunities through market research and outreach.
* Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
* Develop and execute marketing strategies, including social media marketing, to promote products and brand.
* Create engaging content, manage social media accounts, and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
* Collaborate with R&D teams at the onsite factory and the global team at Japan HQs to ensure a seamless supply chain and product research & development.
* Communicate directly and regularly with President and provide updates on sales and market trends.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


QUALIFICATIONS:
* Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; entry-level candidates are welcome.
* Passion for motorcycles and a strong understanding of motorcycle parts and accessories is ideal.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
* Bilingual Japanese language skills are a plus for effective communication with the team in Japan.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Willing to participate in occasional business trips for client meetings, trade shows, or supplier visits.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
