About this Position:

The Applications Systems Analyst will implement, program, and maintain fastener tightening and part traceability equipment and systems during the assembly process to achieve or improve SEQDCM metrics.

Responsibilities include:

* Support data collection problem solving and countermeasure activity with related departments using PDCA and customer focused prioritization

* Execute & manage the plan (SAP) - Lead activity (weekend & shutdown) with all projects (both internal & external) to allocate appropriate resources, minimize interferences, maximize efficiency, and track project progress to achieve results.

* Assign systems to correct process points / nodes, and correct models specifications.

* Research the application and approve the use of new technology to drive continuous process improvement and provide associated training, as well as support.

* Utilize SQL programming to set parameters, pull data, and program database systems

Who we are seeking:

Required Work Experience:

* 0-6 years' of experience dependent on education, Manufacturing experience preferred

Required Education:

* Bachelor's degree in information systems field or equivalent relevant data acquisition experience

Desired skills:

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

* Knowledge of Assembly manufacturing environment

* Knowledge of Statistical Process Controls

* Project Management Skills

* Ability to work within a team environment

* Ability to communicate clearly to multiple layers of management

* Programming knowledge

Additional Position Factors:

* Manufacturing environment- physically perform jobs on the assembly line. (Lifting >10lbs, walking/standing 8 hrs/day, etc)

* Flexibility to work different shifts

* Work OT as requested (<5 hours/week)

* Travel 1-4 trips/year both domestic and international
