Job Summary:

Under the direction of the SUD Services Director, the Quality Improvement/URA Clinical (QI/URA) Supervisor is responsible for the supervisory oversight of the clinical and technical accuracy of the clinical records. The Quality & Utilization Clinical Supervisor is also responsible for implementing and monitoring data collection and aggregation of the data as related to the analysis of various clinical record indicators. This position will be responsible for supporting the SUD program in preparation for audits.

The Quality & Utilization Clinical Supervisor is a detail oriented, organized, and energetic self-starter who displays flexibility and openness throughout their work. This individual works diligently to meet deadlines and works well under pressure. This individual teaches, motivates, and inspires staff to apply clinical knowledge while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements in the clinical record.

Requirements:

  • A Minimum of a Master's Degree in the behavioral sciences field.
  • Minimum of two years as a clinician in a behavioral health field.
  • DPH/SAPC documentation proficiency.
  • Bilingual Spanish Preferred.
    • Valid California driver's license; current automobile insurance; have and maintain a clean driving record acceptable to the organization's insurance company; have immediate access to his or her vehicle during work hours.

    Position Location: North Hills, CA

    Flexible schedules are available upon successful completion of introductory period.

    Salary Range: $77,000 up to $88,908 per year

    Additional $5,000 per year bilingual Spanish differential.

    Eligible employees may request up to 5 days of Paid Time Off to study for their licensure.
