Job Title: CMMS Specialist (B)

Job Summary:

EMCOR Government Services has a need for a CMMS Specialist for a Proposal Bid Effort with NASA Armstrong at Edwards AFB, CA.

*** This position is contingent upon contract award. ***

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing and validating CMMS (Maximo) data such as work order, labor, and other costs, planning and scheduling resources for maintenance work, tracking inventory usage, purchasing, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), and training others in Maximo/EZMAX mobile use.
  • Responsible for customer service center (call desk) and managing administrative support functions.
  • Responsible for managing and suppling timely and accurate data and schedules to all levels of management (Site Manager, Maintenance Manager, RCM Manager, Technical Leads, and Subcontractor Leads).
  • Advise the Site Manager, Maintenance Manager, RCM Manager, and first tier Supervisors of any problems associated with project performance, adherence to schedules, or other emergency incidents.
  • Responsible for monitoring and tracking contract deliverables
  • Responsible for interpreting Maximo data and analyzing results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
  • Review Maximo reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct system or process problems.
  • Work closely with management and client Facilities personnel with regards to Maximo upgrades, updates and informational requests.
  • Provide Maximo Support to all employees and sub-contractors we manage on site.

Qualifications:

  • Five (5) years' experience with MAXIMO CMMS System and EZMAX systems as related to provision of facility maintenance services.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in MS Excel and MS Access data bases and DB management such as SQL.
  • Understanding of concepts and practical experience with Planning, Scheduling, Estimating, and Preventive Maintenance program development,
  • Effective communication skills required, both orally and in writing and effectively communicate and implement change.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license.
