Job Title: Sr. BSA II - Service Contracts, Depot Repair and Installed Base

Job Summary:

The SR. BSA II for "Technical Services" is responsible for understanding business processes, capturing business and functional requirements, promoting, and proposing industry leading business practices, designing, and configuring systems/applications, which are essential to key business functions and processes. The BSA will collaborate with end users to understand their business processes and define, design, develop, configure, and test solutions meeting the needs of users. Additionally, the BSA will lead the implementation, adoption, and utilization of applications/systems to scale business operations, improve existing practices and processes, and address new business requirements.

The BSA will focus on improving processes and implementing Oracle EBS for Masimo's CRM and Service functions including Tech Support/Case Intake (via email, chat, and phone), returns, replacements, warranty repairs, and Install Base management. The BSA will have deep expertise in Oracle's Service Contracts, Depot Repair and Install Base modules.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct CRP sessions with business users to demonstrate standard Oracle functionality and features related to Service Contracts, Depot Repair and Installed Base.
  • Lead discussions with business users to gather, analyze and document functional requirements related to Service Contracts, Depot Repair and Installed Base.
  • Implement and Configure Service Contracts, Depot Repair and Installed Base in Oracle using Best practices.
  • Analyze non-standard business requirements and suggest industry standard work around processes to achieve these requirements.
  • Lead data conversion efforts related to Service Contracts, Depot Repair and Installed Base.
  • Build/Configure/Develop prototype solutions to demonstrate solutions and solution alternatives to users.
  • Provide clear and concise requirements to developers, dbas, and other team members to design/build/configure/develop solutions.
  • Create/execute unit, integration, and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data.
  • Create, manage, and perform system-testing activities for releases and upgrades.
  • Perform application and process-specific training activities to educate technical and non-technical users of the solutions you configure and support.
  • Document system configurations and system application test protocols, in support of quality and regulatory compliance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years expertise in enabling and improving business processes in the Service Contracts, Depot Repair and Installed Base Oracle EBS modules.
  • Experience working in full- ifecycle EBS implementations.
  • Experience with creating business process models and using them to describe and discern business requirements.
  • Experience with software development life cycle methodology tools like Jira is strongly preferred.
  • Able to work collaboratively and with minimal direct supervision. Must be a team player.
  • Able to interact and communicate effectively with both technical and business staff; excellent written, speaking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong independent analysis and problem-solving skills and ability to dig deep into challenges, identify solutions and share critical thinking.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is required.

Compensation: The anticipated range for this position is $125,000 to $155,000. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Some local travel is necessary, so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver's license is required.
