JSSI is looking for an intern for our Financial Planning & Analysis Department and will be based at our Chicago corporate headquarters. Local candidates only please.
Position Responsibilities:
- Analyze historical trends of current results compared to prior periods, Budget and Forecast
- Perform in-depth analysis of company-wide Selling, General & Administrative Expenses every month
- Work with current analysts to document procedures of current forecast methods
- Support the current team in the short term and long term modeling of financial performance for each business unit
Desired Qualifications:
- Must possess good knowledge of basic Finance & Accounting.
- Completion of at least Junior Year of college.
- Currently enrolled in a degree program for Finance, Accounting, Business Management or closely related field.
- Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelors who is fulfilling a graduation requirement for their degree by the completion of May 2020 (December preferred)
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel
