PRIMARY PURPOSE: To assist in performing mail room functions including processing incoming and outgoing mail; to maintain and order office supplies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Opens, sorts and distributes incoming mail.
- Collects and weighs outgoing mail to determine postage required.
- Records registered and special delivery mail.
- Assists with ordering of office supplies.
- Maintains inventory database.
- Maintains customer database for proper mail distribution.
- Stocks supplies throughout facility.
- Produces microfiche as needed.
- Supports the total performance management initiative.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing High school diploma or GED required. Drivers license required.
Experience No experience required for entry level position.
