USC's University Relations is seeking to hire an Executive Secretary to join its team. This person will report to the Vice President, Federal Relations and will be one of the first points of contacts for USC Federal Relations. This multifaceted position provides highly complex administrative and executive support to the Vice President, Federal Relations. Responsibilities include managing schedules; handling details of a confidential nature; collecting information as needed for organizational documents and correspondence; and providing support on programs and activities.Conserves Vice President's time and represents the Vice President internally and externally with excellent customer service and professionalism. This is a full-time position located in USC's Washington, DC Center. Periodic travel to Los Angeles, California may be required.

The hourly rate range for this position is $32.70 - $33.67.
