Nature of the work:

This important role will manage the account relationship at all branch locations. You will also work with GOJO Senior Management to develop account strategy, plan and administer sales policies and programs. Additionally you will be responsible for facilitating alignment between other GOJO market leaders and Key Decision Makers at Corporate Accounts. You'll work in a fast-paced, high performing environment that manages complexity in a variety of vertical markets (i.e. Healthcare, Government and others).

Essential Job Duties:

  • Develops and manages assigned Corporate Account; may develop into global responsibilities
  • Will eventually develop and maintain account strategy
  • Forecasts and Manages Account P & L
  • Negotiates TDP (trade development plan) or distribution agreement
  • Sells large (end-user) National Account opportunities globally
  • Negotiates profitable contracts and relationships with end-user accounts
  • Proactively facilitates business reviews
  • Assumes responsibility for own training/development needs
  • Leverages distributor relationships in order to gain access to end user accounts
  • Leverages other BST (business segment teams) resources and other GOJO Vital Resource Groups
  • Works with cross-functional teams to develop global business
  • Develops marketing plans and promotions
  • Manages supply chain fulfillment criteria

Education and Experience Required

  • BA/BS in management or a related discipline
  • Minimum seven (7) years' experience in JanSan trade, or similar trades, preferably with a focus on selling and managing Corporate and National accounts
  • Experience working with distribution and internal cross-functional, cross-trade teams


  • Full time
  • Work Hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or as needed; some evenings or weekends as rarely required
  • Up to 50% travel required--predemoninantly in the southwestern US but also additional regional travel
  • Field Sales Position -selected candidate will reside in Southern California
