POSITION SUMMARY
The Co-Pack Analyst reports to the Co-Pack Manager and is based out of our Carneys Point, New Jersey location. This individual will be responsible for managing the daily, weekly, and monthly processes / issues for suppliers in the co-pack network. These include external packers making our products and internal production that we do for external branded companies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create/maintain internal database containing critical information for all co-packers, to include
    contacts, terms & conditions, SKU's, pricing, etc.
  • Partner with co-pack suppliers to ensure effective measures are in place and met to generate best in class service and quality. These measures include schedule adherence, perfect orders, fill rate, data integrity / portal adherence, production reporting, etc
  • Own daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliation at the co-packers
  • Act as a liaison between internal LPC staff and external network staff.
  • Prepare annual budgets for co-pack facilities within the network. Lead forecasting for internal co-packers
  • Work closely with Quality Assurance staff to ensure best quality practices are being followed at each location.
  • Identify and resolve any issues with the co-packers
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering other related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years' experience managing 3rd Party Manufacturing facilities/supplier or related position
  • Experience facilitating projects including leading external staff
  • Ability to effectively negotiate and influence business decisions and change.
  • Strong analytical, planning and execution skills
  • Effective at establishing trust and building effective business relationships and getting things done through others
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS
This position requires sufficient physical ability to work in a typical office setting; driving a motorvehicle and occasionally working in the field.
FREQUENT: sitting, upward and downward flexion of neck; fine finger dexterity and light to moderate finger pressure to include extended periods of keyboard and mouse use, side-to-side turning of neck, walking, standing, bending and stooping, pushing/pulling, twisting at waist, moderate wrist torque to twist equipment knobs and dials.
OCCASIONAL: squatting, kneeling, reach above and at shoulder height, moderate grasp to manipulate reference books and manuals; lifting objects weighing 20 - 35 lbs. from below waist to above shoulders and transporting distances up to 50 feet.
VISION: Ability to see in the normal visual range with or without correction.
HEARING: Ability to hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
