What your role will be?

Some of your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting in daily activities of DELMIA Apriso Support team
• Managing incoming Service Reports: categorize, prioritize and distribute them at ticketing system
• Managing software and license distribution orders
• Reproducing, validating and testing reported case scenarios
• Participating in management activities of virtual environments
• Providing responsive support for business areas

The Challenges ahead

Learning to work in a very fast paced environment, handling multiple tasks and assignments.

Contributing to strategies and action plans designed to enhance outreach to DS's target audiences

Your Key Success Factors

Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent for the duration of the internship

Possesses fundamental experience with SQL, HTML/JavaScript, C# and Computer administration skills with Windows servers

Demonstrates a positive, customer oriented disposition

Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Able to work a hybrid schedule in the Long Beach office
