Who you are
We are seeking a self-motivated, ownership-minded, and nimble Sr. UX Program Manager to be a force-multiplier for our UX Design & Research team, amplifying our efforts and impact.

User Experience (UX) Program Managers provide program management leadership and operational support throughout design organizations and across functional teams by increasing communication and connection points, streamlining the UX design process, and driving product excellence. You will coordinate the work of UX Designers, Researchers, Product Managers, and Engineers. In this role, you'll combine expert project management skills with a passion for user experience, design systems, and research to help your team create products that are used by billions of users. You'll work cross-functionally and collaborate with managers, designers and engineering teams to plan projects, define milestones, assess risks, and help projects meet deadlines. As a UX Program Manager, you will also manage all project-related communications, reviews, and business operations with team members, executives and other stakeholders. You are a master planner and a flexible project manager who can balance multiple projects on track and on time. You should be comfortable with change, embrace the opportunity to wear many hats, and relish the chance to solve hard problems in short order.


Responsibilities
* Collaborate with and support UX team leads in delivering the highest level of trust-building and strategic counsel through all project interactions
* Partner with UX leadership in key project decision-making, including: requirements gathering, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of teams and reviews
* Lead design delivery by managing team backlogs and removing obstacles, coordinating reviews with stakeholders and leadership, communicating team status, and empowering designers to own their timelines
* Act as a bridge between UX, Engineering, and Product Management (PM) teams, connecting all three groups and making sure interdependencies are understood and planned for
* Implement repeatable processes and tools to help us prioritize, plan and manage multiple parallel projects across the team and our stakeholders
* Define, develop and advocate for the user-centered design processes and methodologies. Standardize, socialize and continuously improve execution them across the full product design process
* Drive processes for onboarding and managing key vendors to enable the team to scale dynamically based on design and product requirements
* Enable creative solutions by leveraging design acumen, high judgement, and knowledge of business and customer experience best practices
* Develop and communicate an operational and strategic vision to support design and creative delivery by leveraging expertise in planning, facilitation, and communication to drive strategic initiatives, roadmap definition, and shared goals within and outside of the team
* Define success metrics and be responsible for ensuring their implementation for all our work
* Promote a sense of transparency, visibility, and community among our team
* Support business operations and people operations related needs as required
* 8+ years of professional experience as a UX program manager, project manager or producer
* Experience driving user-centered or design thinking design process
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience

* Project management, communication (oral and written) and organizational skills
* Background working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with designers, product managers, program managers, and developers
* Strong design process improvement background and experience managing the operations of creative programs
* Strong design vocabulary to help communicate with both designers and developers
* Interest in Fashion as a category
* Experience scaling Design Systems
* Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals
* Strong bias for action, sense of urgency, and "get it done" attitude
* Understanding of UX design principles (flows, states, process) and methodologies (human centered design, design thinking, service design)
* Experience with vendor management
* Financial fluency in operating and maintaining budgets
* Prior experience with talent engagement and operations initiatives
* Experience gathering and analyzing large amounts of data and delivering continuous business improvements
* High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision
* Master's degree in design management or equivalent professional experience
