POSITION OVERVIEW
Packs and crates material and products by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Wraps, crates, or places material in boxes or other containers.
Stamps, types, or writes addresses on packaged materials.
Load packaged material and product on trucks.
Operates industrial truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products.
Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common
fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or
diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized
situations. Ability to adhere to delegation of authority and lead by instructions of management and
supervision.
